2. Need to supplement nutrition - I can do that, I'm already good with my needed meds
3. Tiny portions - I'll set timers to remind myself to eat. I'll log food so I keep it steady
4. Hair loss - I'd go bald for this. That's what wigs are for.
5. Loose skin - better than fat skin.
6. A lifetime committment - well, so is being fat.
7. Risk of malnutrition - versus risk of heart disease, cancers, diabetes, liver disease.
8. No proven longterm results - call me kooky, but I'm ok with being a pioneer.
9. Risk of ulcers, infection, death due to surgery. - no easy answer to this. I'll try to be in the best physical condition that I can be and follow all instructions.
